This is a unique opportunity to help build something special. Wesley Hall Gardens has recently undergone a stunning transformation and is ready to welcome three new adults, supported by a brand-new team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care from the very beginning.

As the Registered Manager, you will have full management responsibility for the smooth running of this 3-bedroom home in St. Helens. You will lead a large team of care professionals, foster a strong safeguarding culture, and ensure our high standards are upheld every day.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Ideally be an experienced registered manager in a similar CQC regulated environment.
  • Have a passion for person-centred care
  • It is essential that you have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
